Capacity Building/Supportive Culture Epitome Fuels is committed to fostering a supportive culture by employing 8 Historically Disadvantaged South Africans (HDSA) in its first year, with plans to increase this number as the company expands. Teams will undergo continuous training, and the long-term vision includes establishing an in-house, SETA-accredited training division. The company aims to close training gaps through needs analysis, utilizing accredited service providers initially, and eventually becoming accredited by relevant SETAs. Epitome Fuels envisions its employees evolving into future owners of their petroleum distribution companies, ensuring sustainable growth.
